HOW IT WORKS
Pure aloe gel is rich in phytoestrogens (plant-based compounds that mimic oestrogen in the body). “Phytoestrogens have been found to be beneficial in combatting symptoms and conditions caused by oestrogen deficiency. With a carefully selected range of additional plant extracts, ANARA Aloe Cooling Gel is a hot flush remedy that helps to reduce the frequency and intensity of hot flushes and night sweats, by helping the body to restore its hormonal balance.
HOW AND WHEN TO APPLY
Apply a small amount (roughly the size of a large pea) of our natural hot flush remedy to the soles of the feet in the morning and in the evening. Rub in well. After a minute or so, the gel will dry completely. Should the hot flushes continue, apply behind the knees, and/or on the inside of the arms, as often as required.
